Our Story
WFH Alliance is led by Jeremy Hyde, a contact center leader who experienced firsthand the complexities—and potential—of leading distributed teams. After participating as a member of WFH Alliance he took over the leadership of the organization to ensure there was a space for leaders like himself: people looking to build high-performing operations, share ideas with peers, and drive meaningful change in how and where we work.
